My coaching experiences covers a number of endurance sports including triathlon, cycling, ultra marathons, and adventure racing. I have spent a number of years coaching athletes who work FIFO or live internationally. I have a great deal of experience in coaching all levels of athletes from beginners to top level age groupers. I know how to implement evidence-based training methods to get the most out of my athletes and I work hard to understand the needs of each individual athlete in reaching their peak performance. I also believe that communication and feedback is a major component to a successful coach/athlete relationship. I am highly motivated by seeing my athletes progress in their sport and am privileged to be able to assist them in achieving their goals.
My personal coaching philosophy is that hard work, patience and consistency are the key ingredients to success in sport.
