My experience covers endurance sports such as triathlon, road running, road cycling, marathons / ultra marathons (trail), and adventure racing. I have coached beginners to top level age groupers and even Fastest Known Time Record holders. I know how to implement evidence-based training methods to get the most out of my athletes and I work hard to understand the needs of each individual to reach their peak performance. I am a firm believer that communication and feedback are major components to a successful coach/athlete relationship. I am highly motivated by seeing my athletes make progress and I see myself as privileged to be able to assist them in achieving their goals.

My personal coaching philosophy is that hard work, patience, and consistency are the key ingredients to success.
